I am very pleased to have Bruce the Kitchen Doctor cleaning what my staff either won’t or don’t. He has cleaned several times on a monthly basis since July of 2007. Bruce Lewallen is a 20-year veteran of the culinary industry. Launching his career with an apprenticeship alongside world-renowned chef, John Hill, Bruce opened the Indianapolis Westin Hotel in 1989. Among many accomplishments, Bruce has received recognition and certification from the American Culinary Federation. Bruce attended New York Culinary Institute and Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis
